The hotel rooms didn't get cool enough for me, which was a letdown overall given that this was the biggest hotel in our trip. It felt quite dusty, like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time, but the location across a bridge to another building offered breathtaking views of the river.

The service at the hotel was amazing and very friendly. The staff even went out of their way to advise us on places to eat outside of the hotel.

The location was good for views and walks, although a bit far from the main shopping area. Nonetheless, it provided stunning views of the river.

The dining experience was delightful with some unusual varieties of bread such as green tea and sweet potato bread. They also offered a selection of Japanese food on top of the regular breakfast options.
